Quote of the day: Why trust total strangers to read the U. S. Constitution for you? No one is going to read it for you! The United States Government calls anything it can get away with 'Constitutional', because they know you will not read it yourselves. Based on our government's actions to include the Supreme Court, it's pretty obvious, no one in government has actually looked at the U. S. Constitution in a very long time! Here is an example: There is allot of talk of 'precedence'. There is nothing in the actual Constitution relating to 'precedence' at all, the term was made up by lawyers? The Supreme Court can hear as many cases as they want, but unless a State Law is actually challenged, the decision for that state law only applies to that State, and State Law in question. State law makers in other states have no obligation to follow as it it were there State Law on trial, and yet, state law makers have been at the whim of the Supreme Court for that very reason. How many state law makers and Governors are clueless about this? Folks do not take anymore, read the U. S. Constitution for yourself.
Is it morally wrong to ignore laws that our lawmakers exempt themselves from? Of course not! From Jim O'Connor
From a Toyota Commercial aired on TV in Sep 2007: "My Grandfather Would have Bought a Toyota" and I guess he also would have forgiven the Japanese Army for murdering over 6,000,000 civilians! Even today in 2007, there is a 100% import tax for American cars sold in Japan, I can see why the Japanese need to protect the Japanese auto-makers because Japanese cars are junk, but I can not imagine why American car buyers would! If the Japanese cars are relay so good, why over tax the competition with a 100% tariff? |
My scammer of the day.
Xactware. They never answer there phones, but they have their phone solicitors calling all night! I am getting calls from Xactware Software 801-764-5900, they are leaving voice messages every minute or so and to make matters worse, they are not saying anything. I tried being nice to these guys, but to no avail. They do have a very legitimate looking web site, but they are scammers. The sales phone they do not actually answer is 800-424-9228. The web site contacts list is probably filled with lies as no ones seems to answer the phones are EMails for Xactware. The aggressive nature of the phone calls, over 40 today, indicates that they are either selling crapware or spyware. I will not be recommending these guys to any of my customers.
'Stupid Link, we're Defective' (way more accurate than Sudden Link, we're Connected.)
In view of the fact Oklahomans do not have the freedom to say anything bad about
a Church (even if they are rapists, homos, and pedophiles). I will state here
that Saint Matthew's Churches in Tulsa, Oklahoma made the mistake of trying to
con a Texan (me) out of money. Hey you fuck heads, if you wish to keep the
congregation in line, you should have stayed in Oklahoma! Greedy bastards, I am
guessing, having to go out of state for your little boy cost! I know as
long as you are in Oklahoma, no jury will EVER convict Church leaders for
anything. Unless maybe all 12 members are former Alter boys! You folks are so
wicked! I must say your penis is not as large as you may think, trying to rape
me all the way from Oklahoma. What part of your church doctrine do you not get?
'Only rape local boys and steel from your own congregation'. I believe these
rules are pretty much in line with the Vatican. I am not going to pay for Church
leaders sex habits. So Pastor, Father, Bishop, or what ever holy name you are
calling yourself this week, please do not ask me to pay for your sex habits and
prayers. Comments or questions. Jim O'Connor
Trojan.Kardphisher
is a Trojan horse that attempts to steal credit card numbers by tricking the
user into entering their credit card details to activate Windows. Yet another
reason not to use Product Activation! Microsoft Should be held liable for ALL
fraudulent charges plus the cost of canceling out the credit cards and
replacement cost! They did not invent the Trojan, but they would not trust any
customer, and. Folks it is time to fire Bill Gates and the rest of Microsoft
until they get rid of the Product Activation for good. Windows 2000 and Office
2000 do not require Product Activation, so if you must keep Windows at least use
one that won't ask for you receipt every time you use it. Folks I would not use
any software that requires activation! Bill Gates is checking your receipt for
your software EVERY time you use it. Enough is enough! Think Linux! Comments or
questions. Jim O'Connor at TechJim
