No Oklahoma Sales Tax, No Oklahoma Income Tax, No SSN for King Henry to Sale We know Oklahoma is the land of taxes and information theft on King Henry's order. Mistake number one in my life was I went to Oklahoma to take a job! I was retired from the Air Force, and getting retirement pay. Upon my arrival in Oklahoma, King Henry says my Air Force retirement pay earned way outside Oklahoma is a "Oklahoma Income" and subject to income tax in Oklahoma the same as if I lived in Oklahoma my whole life. I was real surprised to find out you can not have a yard sale without a permit, and to get the permit, you give up a Driver's License number and Social Security number just to sale your own stuff! The only reason, they need a Social Security Number for a yard sale is for profit! They are selling your information to include your name, wife's name, kids names, address, Social Security number. Oklahoma also required you to pay sales tax on anything. For example, if you buy food in Texas, their is no sales tax, but Oklahoma mandates you pay Oklahoma sales tax on food you buy in Texas. I came back to Texas, I was told the State of Oklahoma Needed a copy of my Federal Return with my last state Oklahoma State Tax return. Why. The Federal return had bank account numbers in Texas and an exwife's Socialist Security Number. I did ask why always, and they always said the same thing, "That's the rules". How can any moron decide that a retirement earned before I went to Oklahoma, is an Oklahoma source of income? How can King Henry and friends decide you must pay to Oklahoma tax on food you buy in Texas. They are liars! King Henry and is While 'we'll make those rich Texans pay'.
