Al-Qaida has More Rights to Our Legal System than Gis   Back to Main

Since the U S Supreme Court has decided that Prisoners of War are entitled to their 'day in court', they are saying al-Qaida has more rights to our legal system than GIs.

GIs, get prosecuted by their commander. Captions in the Air Force hand out convictions for drug use based on ONE pee test! No day in court for Air Force people! And yet our supreme court has stated the prisoners in Cuba are!

Okay I say, I am sorry the U S Military tried to keep then as 'Prisoners Of War', but if are Supreme Court says, they are 'entitled to their day in court', the only responsible thing to do is charge them for Attempted Murder at least! After the executions, close all of POW camps that the Supreme Court knows about.

I have put copy of the U S Constitution on my web site, but you can not make anyone in DC read it.
