| All Cooke County, Texas Officials Are Thieves | Back to Main |
| Cooke County, Texas: If you sold your home today, you would get $110,000.00 for it. Wrong!!! My tax is $3,000.00. Jim O'Connor: If we sold the house today, we would get only $8,000.00 after paying off the mortgage, so that makes my tax rate 37.5%. The only good thing about living in such a corrupt county is, the bribes are cheaper than the tax. Anyone that gets a property tax bill in Cooke, County Texas, already knows, All Cooke County officials are thieves! They must be to need so much money! The guys at Cooke County, Texas, told me that I have to provide a 'Complete Inventory of my house because I run a business, from there. They said it better include all rolls of toilet paper, pens, and everything in my house and pay a prorated property tax of 4% a year just like any other business in Cooke County, Texas. A suggestion from Jim O'Connor to anyone that will listen. The theft should stop after you have paid more in taxes than you paid for the house, that should be it, no more than a 100% tax on the house or business. That would be fair. The thieves at the Cooke County, Texas assessor's office told me to conduct an 'un-warranted search of my home and report everything I have for TechJim. He said Texas State law requires all businesses to pay property tax on everything in the place including ass wipe. 4% Cooke County, Texas must be paid on EVERYTHING in the business even a home based business. The easy work around for this is lie, so I will continue my membership in the 'Cooke County Liars Club'. Cooke County, Texas is so anti-business, I am almost sorry I started TechJim. The Constitution says taxes are uniform, but in Texas, Government is exempt! That is not uniform, so that makes all property tax in Texas unconstitutional. Thursday, 23 July 2009 The Cooke County, Texas property Tax folks, tell me there is no property tax on software. There is sales tax, and I do mind paying sales tax, as it is the ONLY fair tax in the United States!. Yes folks, it is Jim O'Connor calling a tax fair.
