Cooke County, Texas Work Around   Back to Main

Thursday, 23 July 2009

The Cooke County, Texas property Tax folks, tell me there is no property tax on software. There is sales tax, and I do mind paying sales tax, as it is the ONLY fair tax in the United States!.

Yes folks, it is Jim O'Connor calling a tax fair.

We have already been collecting Texas Sales Tax for software from our fellow Texas (8.25 %), for a long time anyway.

Since the value of software is no longer a property tax issue, I will revert to Buy Software from any where you wish. As you may already know, the software from the TechJim web site, is ALL written buy use at TechJim. The Cooke County, Texas, property tax people, assured me that 'Software Under Development' is also 'property tax' free.

One last note about TechJim software, We give you 30 days trials on everything to include, the $2.00 applications. We NEVER ask B. S. questions, such as Social Security numbers, mothers maiden name, pet's names or anything along those lines. You not have to have an account with use to use our web site. After you buy the software in question, there is no product activation, no need for Flash, PDF readers, or ANY third party software. You can copy all TechJim software and it will work. You do not need Serial Numbers to make it TechJim Software work. There is NO copy protection at all (we know you better keep as many backups as you can. If you do need to restore your software from a backup, it will work without any contact with use.

All of our servers are outside Texas, so there is no Cooke County, Texas property tax. Most of my customers are doing the same.

We are currently working on how to have Solar cells. I guess for now, we can put them in and just not tell the Cooke County folks.

Since Cooke County, Texas is Charging so much for 'property tax' on Software and Hardware, now is the time to get Linux, it is free.

Open Office is also free.

I know Cooke County property folks are going to continue their unconstitutional searches on my fellow Texans. At TechJim, we do not kiss and tell. No matter what I do for my customers, your constitutional privacy is guarantied by me, no matter how much Cooke County, Texas says it isn't.

Also use web services outside Cooke County Texas instead of buying American Software.

Since business owners know they have more freedom in India and China, have them supply Software and hardware.
